Nothing stays
where you
put it.

Every assumption a fixed-infrastructure design relies on is temporary on a construction site. Walls appear. Power moves. The building shields more of itself every week. Anyone who has only deployed in finished buildings will design something that stops working in month three.

  • Infrastructure has to be redeployable. Battery or solar powered, mounted to be moved, and designed on the assumption that it will be.
  • Outdoor and indoor are the same site. GNSS across the open ground, fixed infrastructure inside the structure as it goes up, and one continuous picture across both.
  • Devices meet a hostile world. Impact, dust, weather, concrete and being dropped. The device choice matters more here than the positioning technology does.
  • The workforce turns over constantly. Issuing, recovering and reassigning devices has to be a two-minute process at the gate, or it will not happen at all.
